Synopsis

A patient’s therapist starts telling his clients what he thinks

Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives, including his own. The cast of Downsizing shares the key moments that defined their characters in the first season and reveals who best embodies Harrison Ford. When asked how they got Harrison Ford for the show, Brett Goldstein, Jason Siegel and Bill Lawrence said that Goldstein initially wanted a „Harrison Ford type” and intended to audition people who looked like Ford.

Siegel told Goldstein that they should have at least introduced him to Ford first, thinking that he would immediately decline, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had gotten the job, which would pique the interest of other big-name actors. Eventually, Goldstein talked to Ford and convinced him to take the role. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was still thrilled..

This show punches you in the face!!

The characters develop so much in the first and second episodes, the jokes are perfectly timed and executed, and all the actors do a great job! This is one of the best episodes of Piolet I’ve seen in a long time! Harrison Ford is amazing in his supporting role, and Jason Segal is great as a flawed, damaged character trying to be a better man and father.

This is one of the best shows I’ve seen in a while!

This show made me laugh like I haven’t in a long time. As a psychology major, this show is hilarious, and as a theater major, I can appreciate a good script. I don’t understand the negative reviews, because after just two episodes, this is one of my favorite shows.

I hope the rest is just as good!!
