KJ and Dan struggle to communicate. Years after their romance began, the couple head to a friend’s cabin for the weekend to rekindle their romance… only to find a dying but slightly dead rat stuck in a glue trap. They disagree on how to handle it, with KJ advocating for a quick death and Dan suggesting that the rat’s final moments be as pleasant as possible. The couple reconcile and move on, slowly finding their way back to each other in this beautiful setting. Unfortunately, their peace is shattered by the arrival of a small woman who can only be charitably described as „eccentric” – she’s their host’s younger sister, and she didn’t know someone was staying at the family cabin. It’s okay to crash, right? As the couple struggles to juggle this intruder on top of their already tense dynamic, KJ and Dan begin to worry that this obnoxious third wheel could be more of a threat to their relationship.
